The 3589043 will work on any Foley Belsaw machine that used a friction drive wheel, possibly including models not listed here.

Too Tight but It Works
It doesn't really sit on very well to be honest, it tends to sit TOO tight in my opinion. Taking it off can be a hassle but at least it gets the job done, durability is good, finish is great, obviously easy to use.
