On 20 August 1946 an earth slip crashed onto the Palmerston North Napier freight train just outside the Manawatu Gorge near to Te Apiti siding. The engine and first three wagons, including a mail van, fell into the flooded river killing the engine driver and fireman. This item is just cheap crap. Shoddily put together, shoddy materials, and looks cheap. If you’re just putting it in a space that you don’t really care that it’s cheap, then it might be fine for what you need. But don’t expect much.
