This valance is lined in our standard white lining to prevent the fabric from fading due to sun exposure. There is a 3 1 2" rod pocket along the top of the valance, which is best suited for a 2 1 2" continental rod. This valance is lined in a coordinating cording along the bottom edge. It is indeed comfortable

I really like this leash. The color is vibrant and I have experienced zero fading even though I leave it outside. I really appreciate the padded handle and the entire leash is a good substantial weight - I hate a flimsy leash. I would not hesitate to purchase this again if needed.
