It spins your cooling fan faster than a stock one, delivering more cooling air to your engine. This helps with the "Freeway Flyer" transmissions that turn less RPM's on the freeway than a stock motor. It features a hardened steel inner hub that's machined for a sand seal to prevent oil leaks, and to prevent dirt, dust, and water from getting sucked into the case.
